How I Built A 100K A Year
Barbershop In Less Than 2 Years
A Step By Step Video Guide By Master Barber Al
What's Up,
My name is Allen Brown AKA Master Barber Al. In January 2017 I decided to start teaching barbers how to be successful in the barber business. At that time I had already been retired from the barber Business.
Just A Little History
I started cutting hair at 14 years old. I started working in a barbershop in Jamaica Queens NY when I was 15 years old. When I turned 18 I had my first barbershop and by the age of 22, I had open my second location. I considered myself to be very successful with it up until the day I sold my second barbershop in 2003.
Fast Forward To The Future
It was in January of 2017 that I decided to put together a course for barbers showing them how in the late 90's and early 2000's I was successfully making over $10,000 with my barber business. Well I successfully launched BarberShopCashFlow.com. and started selling the barber training course. In the process of creating the 5 hour training course for barbers I was inspired to come out of retirement and open up another Barber Shop.
March 2017 I Opened My Barbershop
One month after completing the 5 hour course (February 2017) I found a spot to open up a barbershop. As of this writting the shop has 6 full time barbers, 2 part time barbers and 1 beautician. In just over a year the shop was doing what I set out for it to do.
How I Built A 100k Barbershop in Less Than 2 Years
As of this writting (January 2019) it is not yet the two year mark. I signed the leased for the Barbershop in February 2017 and opened the doors for business on March 3 2017. As a business coach and marketing consultant, I felt the need to make an additional video course showing how I grew the new barbershop from scratch.
